Below are the criteria for use of The Wolf: The Hunt Continues co-marketing assets featuring the control room image

Partners can use the digital, social assets, and out-of-home assets. Assets cannot be used for broadcast, print,

point-of-sale, or retail.

o Additionally, the assets and content cannot be repurposed for uses not already specified and approved.

Content and assets are not to be altered, reformatted, or redesigned.

o Do not resize or retouch images, revise copy, or reformat the layout of assets.

o Any alterations to the content or design of these assets will require HP review and approval.

o Do not leverage this content to create additional or alternative marketing assets.

The associated assets must be removed from market by the following dates:

o The Wolf: Season 1 - January 31 2018,

1. Can channel partner share the video files (teaser/trailer, 4 individual episodes, full film) without alteration for use on websites?

Yes, however, due to usage restrictions, HP must own the video hosting. Channel partners can link to the videos made public through HP. Partners can embed the

YouTube video and share The Wolf link but cannot host the videos.

2. How can channel partners use the videos?

Channel partners can link to the videos made public through HP. Partners can embed the YouTube video and share The Wolf link but cannot host the videos. Due to

usage restrictions, HP must own the video hosting. No alterations of the videos can be made.

3. Can channel partners show the videos internally, i.e. sales meetings, pitches, trainings etc.?

Yes, so long as HP is presenting/showing the videos or if channel partners are showing the videos via links made public through HP.

4. Can channel partners show the video externally, i.e. on their (non-HP) websites?

Channel partners can link to the videos made public through HP. Partners can embed the YouTube video and share The Wolf link but cannot host the videos. Due to

usage restrictions, HP must own the video hosting. No alterations of the videos can be made.

5. Can channel partners use “The Wolf” poster or other “The Wolf” images to promote the videos?

Channel partners can post or link to the poster and images made public through HP or other sources, i.e. Christian Slater, Giant Spoon. Due to usage restrictions,

channel partners cannot print “The Wolf” poster/images and place them anywhere. No alterations of the poster or any images can be made.

6. Can channel partners use the videos (or clips of the videos) on social media posts to drive customers to their websites where the videos will be linked?

Due to usage restrictions, HP must own the video hosting. Channel partners can link to the videos made public through HP or other sources, i.e. Christian Slater, Giant

Spoon. Channel partners can retweet/repost what HP and other sources (i.e., Christian Slater, Giant Spoon) tweet/post. No alterations of the videos can be made.

7. Can channel partners use “The Wolf” images on social media posts to drive customers to their websites where the videos wil l be linked?

• Adhere to all campaign and asset guidelines

• Have digital/social capabilities - no traditional media (print, broadcast) can be used.

• Be able to commit dedicated MDF investment as part of normal MDF process

• Be able to confirm committed campaign timelines so that HP has a clear tracking of the campaign

• Be able to quickly confirm the required assets to trigger creation & translation process as assets will be ‘built to order’. Please click for more detail

• Be able to build a campaign webpage dedicated to HP within partner website

• Fulfil reporting requirements:

• Be able to provide campaign results reporting at least once during the campaign and again at campaign end

• Be able to provide feedback on lead qualification and lead management

The Wolf: The Hunt Continues co-marketing assets featuring Christian Slater Below are the criteria for use of The Wolf: The Hunt Continues co-marketing assets featuring Christian Slater. These guidelines must be followed exactly. If these assets are used improperly, it could violate existing agreements.

• Partners can only use the digital, social, and out-of-home assets. Assets cannot be used for broadcast, print, point-of-sale, or retail.

• Additionally, the assets and content cannot be repurposed for uses not already specified and approved.
