San Diego, CA305 Units

November 2017 Completion

Millennium Mission Valley includes 305 units and is centrally located in Mission Valley, CA minutes from Mission Bay beaches and Downtown San Diego. The community will feature creative amenities including a two-story fitness center, boxing ring, kids club, elegant clubhouse, conference center, spa-inspired pool area with private cabanas and a VIP lounge. The community boasts the first Shake Shack in San Diego that will anchor our retail center. Residents will enjoy top-of-the-line interior finishes including quartz countertops, garden tubs, and access to live-work units. This exceptional new property is scheduled to open in August 2017 with completion in November 2017.

Rebecca started with TDC in August 2000 as a secretary on a student housing project in Muncie, IN. She was then invited to join the Construction AP department at the corporate office prior to the completion of the Muncie Project, and moved to Houston in July 2001. She began her corporate career as an AP clerk, then recevied a promotion to Senior Accounts Payable Analyst. In March of 2016, she was elevated again to her current role: Construction Accounting Manager.

This August, she will have been with the company for 17 years and recently explained her experience, “I am, as always, honored to work for the Dinersteins. The company has been through many changes since I started working here and it has been a series of opportunities for growth professionally and personally. I try very hard to be conscientious, optimistic, and efficient in my role here.”

When she is not in the office, she is writing or reading, looking for more good music to be obsessed with, or practicing her sarcasm at the local coffee shop.

Vantage Med Center, Houston, TXConstruction at Vantage Med Center is beginning to wind down towards completion as leasing is about to begin. The project should be complete this June with leasing beginning by the end of April. Level 1 lobby, level 7 amenities, the parking garage, and the first units are all in the process of being turned over to management.

Millennium Mission Valley, San Diego, CAConstruction remains on schedule in San Diego for late November completion and initial occupancy in mid-August. Cabinets and finishes are starting in the first section of residential units while framing and MEP rough ins are still in progress in the property ’s final sections. Structural steel is now complete under the concrete podium in the club, with interior framing at the offices scheduled to begin shortly.

Millennium Music Row, Nashville, TNMillennium Music Row continues to progress well in Nashville. The podium is now complete and the five- story wood frame has begun. The project schedule is tracking for an early summer 2018 completion.

Sterling Northgate, College Station, TX Construction remains on schedule as we approach the last four months prior to project completion at Sterling Northgate in College Station. Sheetrock is hung and scaffolding is down on the three-story Bryan building and drywall, sheathing, Tyvek, and stucco are all in progress on the 7-story steel framed building. The first section of cabinets and finishes are in progress as well.

Millennium Santa Monica, Santa Monica, CAConstruction continues to progress well in Santa Monica with the first sections of slab on grade poured in the second level basement and the first section of elevated deck scheduled to be poured mid this month. Framing is still on schedule to begin this fall and construction remains on schedule for late 2018 completion.

Sterling 920 Terrace, Tempe, AZConstruction at Sterling 920 Terrace in Tempe, AZ continues to progress well. The first section of five story units is currently on the third level framing and all slabs on grade have been poured and are now complete. Elevator and stair shafts as well as the first section of MEP rough ins are all in progress. The project remains on schedule for a summer 2018 completion.

Aspire College Station, College Station, TX Progress on the high rise in College Station continues per schedule. The team is currently pouring the 6th level amenities deck of 15 total levels and remains on schedule for a summer 2018 completion.
