2 1.81.90105 Low Costs The smart TSG door operator TSG 200 / 400 Mechanical Layout The encoder linear drive system controlling a maintenance free DC motor with a direct drive arrangement to the door panel(s) enables the system to operate smoothly, silently and without any reduction gear. Universal Application Regardless of the volume of traffic, the TSG can be used in all applications including offices, flats, hospitals and nursing homes. The design allows a maximum door speed of 0.8 [m/s]. The powerful DC motor can be adjusted to all applications and door types, regardless of the door configuration (center or side opening). The kit comes complete with door connecting bar and fixings. Due to the compact design the unit is ideal for refurbishment and modernisation projects. It is easy to install that site/installation times are low and subsequently the overall costs are very competitive. Self-learning Intelligence Technology The integrated microprocessor controls soft start, full speed and deceleration. Door opening and closing cycles can be adjusted independently. An initial self-learning cycle makes the TSG door operator simple to set up.
