Optimal temperature is critical to ensure proper application of lubricants at the final stages of production. The MASTERMIND 2000 provides continual and precise cooling fan speed control to maintain temperatures at pre-calibrated values. Infrared sensors provide highly accurate temperature feedback within each fan zone and fan speeds are automatically adjusted to maintain pre-set temperatures. In addition, a Trend Screen provides data on fan zone temperatures within the last hour. Initial installations have been successful and indicate a very impressive ROI.
