Our mission is to proclaim
the Message of Jesus Christ:

Real (Credible)
Our God is real. God wants to have a relationship with you. Our worship
opportunities are designed to nurture your relationship with God.
Relevant (Contextual)
All of God's Word speaks to all of life. We seek to reflect this reality in our
words, worship, and witness.
Relational (Compassionate)
Life can be hard. Doing life in isolation can be harder. At TMC, we believe
in the value of God-ordained connections. Every Christ follower should
be connected, present, and active in a local church.

At the core of TMC's strategic plan are three
strategic priorities that will guide our decision-
making over the next year. Through the
actualization of these priorities, The Message
Church will "change lives and change the world"
as we’re “Still Standing.” This strategic plan is
designed to create a framework to disciple
Messengers into a forward-thinking, mission-
focused team.
Why Strategic Priorities?
-
Lead Pastors’ Strategic Priorities
Upcoming Key Activities:
Priority 1: Stand Together
A. Each Messenger be intentional about checking in with one another.
B. Take responsibility for our own spirituality through daily prayer, reading, devotion, and church participation.
C. Pray for the strength, wisdom, and endurance our Lead Pastors,Executive Leadership Team, Deacons, and ministry leaders.
-
Lead Pastors’ Strategic Priorities
Upcoming Key Activities:
Priority 2: Stay Together
A. Ensure every Messenger completes New Member Orientation.
B. Provide members, staff and volunteers with clear concise written guidance on TMC vision, mission, and values along with our way forward.
C. Continue our First Sunday Church-Wide Zoom meetings.
D. Assign families to Deacons for pastoral care assistance.
-
Lead Pastors’ 2021 Strategic Priorities
Upcoming Key Activities:
Priority 3: Seek Together
A. Grow to 100 members and save $100K in our building fund.
B. Initiate 4xFour Evangelism Initiative. Each Messenger identify 4 un/dechurched people, intercede through prayer, invest in their lives, and then invite them to church in 2021.
C. Keep the 2021 vision and strategy before the worldwide community through marketing, sermon series, and one-on-one conversations.
