2015 AAP Career Fair Dates & Hours*

Badges will be available at the Exhibitor Registration desk during registration hours. You must relay that you are an AAP Career Fair participant.

Peak traffic times are typically between the hours of noon-2:00pm daily and during the AAP President’s Reception. Recruiters are expected to be onsite during peak times.

A private interview room is available at the booth during exhibit hours. To schedule, please contact Rhonda Truitt onsite, or email rhonda.truitt@wt-group.com.

Booth Assignments & Guidelines

• Diamond-level participants will be assigned premium space at 35" x 20" counters with customized banners featuring your company’s logo. Your station includes electric and internet connection.**

You will be contacted for the title of your onsite presentation for the inclusion in AAP Career Fair marketing.

• Platinum-level participants will be assigned a 36" round bistro table featuring signage with your organization’s logo and an electrical outlet.**

** Please keep your materials confined to your counter space. No additional banners or displays are allowed on the exhibit floor.
