I feel honoured to be a part of The NorthCap University as it forms the foundation stone to a bright future for me. I am thankful to all my professors and acquaintances for assisting me throughout my college life. In this competitive world for any engineer, job satisfaction in your career is like a dream come true. NCU's School of Professional Attachment (SPA) provided me with that opportunity by bringing in such an esteemed organization 'LUTRON'. I still remember my initial rounds of the interview process with LUTRON. After the 5th round, I was like I will not have any regret if I don't make it in this company because in those rounds what I had learned was much-much more valuable than anything. It's been two months now with LUTRON and I am sure I wouldn't have got any better family than LUTRON. Every single word which they (Recruiters) had said in their Pre placement talk is true and the work environment is phenomenal. Thank You NCU.

Success Story

Nagarro is a custom software development and business consulting company that provides consulting and technology services to its clients. I am lucky enough to get selected in this reputed company. First and foremost, I would like to thank The NorthCap University's SPA cell as this would not have been possible without their support, guidance and faith in me. I would also like to express a special token of gratitude to all faculty members and management of the University in helping me acquire the requisite soft skills, which helped me during the crucial interview.

My whole interview was based on concepts of statistics and analyzing data. There were a total of three round including online aptitude test, data managing round and then interview. Hence this testimonial would be incomplete without referring to how indebted I am to the elective courses which are being offered by Dept of APS.

Looking forward to starting a new phase of life and my first professional stint!!!!!
