� One state becomes venue for a particular year and hosts thecultures of the other participating states.

� Every state sends a contingent of cultural performers, wildliferepresentatives, tourism representatives etc to invite visitors totheir states for their events. For ex, the Nagaland contingent coulduse this as a promotion to their Hornbill festival and invite peoplethrough this medium.

�Include a theatre or educational fest also to showcase talent aswell as opportunities in the region.
