Diversification… Having one main well-known and reliable client as Mobinil is an excellent perspective for a small company, but it can also be a pitfall not to fall in! To diversify clients and activities is the best way to decrease the strategic risk of a company. In the past months, we succeeded in consolidating the structure, the organization, the processes of the company, while still providing quality. But it is not an easy task to find new customers in the present environment because of the economic/political situation in Egypt and of a fierce international competition. In spite of this context, we’ve begun new call-center missions for TAQA, for Save the children and for a Canadian company. To diversify our activities, we started to host in our premises a French company named NEOEN, which aims at developing solar energy systems in Egypt. In the meantime, we have also launched a staff recruitment activity for Egyptian call centers, and we created a new call center in Spain to serve the French market. We are on the right track, though at the beginning! The project is a record, not only in terms of scale but also innovation, piloting a ‘mobile distribution’ methodology using buses, and, for the first time in Egypt, outsourcing the scheduling and complaints mechanism to us, NAOS Marketing, proving to be a key player in the project’s success. A mission made with our heart: Save the Children!

Since December 2013, NAOS Marketing has a new client: Savethe Children, one of the world’s leading children-focusedNGOs. The mission consists in contacting targeted families foran emergency voucher distribution programme.

MEETING WITH the 1st NAOS Marketing Challenge Winning Team!

For the first time this year, NAOS Marketing organized a great challenge in order to

motivate NAOSians in doing their best and to develop team spirit! During one week,

from the 16th to the 22nd of February, 8 teams of 14 NAOSians working on the Star

Control 60 mission were competing in order to identify the best individuals and team

performers.

After a tough competition between 8 teams, BASANT’sTEAM won the first NAOS Marketing’s InternalChallenge!! During the whole challenge period, all theteams increased the average number of accepted callsper hour by 7%. In the same time, the winning teamincreased their performance by 19%!! BRAVO for thisoutstanding result.

In the name of NAOS Marketing, we send a specialCongrats to the team. Each one of them received apersonalized gift, a mug with NAOS Winning team logo.

As per individual performance, the best NAOSian onthis mission was Rawan Ahmed AbdelMonem, withtwice the number of accepted calls than the averageon the challenge. Quite an achievement! As a reward,she received a mug, and was named Assit on the Floorfor one day.

Chapeau! NAOS Marketing has a new international project inCanada. Under the supervision of the Team LeaderJoseph Nagui, 11 French-speaking agents are workingfor this new outbound mission.

Of course, the time schedule is quite different from anational mission, as there is a time difference of 7 hoursbetween Egypt and Quebec! They work from Monday toFriday from 6PM to 3AM.

Our Canadian client is selling woodenentrance doors and windows to individualhouses. It is particularly critical in acountry such as Canada, where a goodthermic isolation is essential to maintaina warm temperature inside the house,without spending a lot of money inenergy consumption.

Our mission is to take appointments with house owners for our client’s sales team to meet them. They willreceive a free evaluation of their energy consumption and a quotation to replace the default windows and doors.

We wish long life to the Canadian project!

NAOSians Medical Insurance

NAOS Marketing covers all employees both Insourced @ Mobinil and NAOS staff with proper medical insurancecoverage through most reputable service provider in Egypt “MetLife ALICO”. This means that everyone canreceive proper medical treatment through a wide range of medical network in case of major and emergencycases.

In case of sickness which may lead to absence from work, you have to provideMedical Certficate from any of network hospitals, otherwise your sick leave will notbe approved, putting in consideration that sick leave shall not exceed annual limit.

Medical insurance covers:• Maximum annual ceiling: EGP 10 000 (including life insurance of EGP 100 000) • Inpatient and emergency : full coverage 100%• Outpatient, Medication, Tests and Scans : 70%• Optical: Up to 70% of actual cost maximum EGP 500, every two years• Dental: Up to EGP 300 annually
