POULTRY CLUBNAMBOUR & DISTRICT

Membership: $10 Entry Fees: Members $1 Non Members $1.50..Awards: Ribbons, Rosettes, Cash and Prizes

Rules and Regulations in accordance with the Club.

1. Exhibits must be penned by 8.30am on the day of show. Judging commences promptly at 8.45am.

2. During the show all Exhibits will be in the custody of the Stewards and shall not be touched or handled by the owner or any other persons other than the Judges and Stewards, under any circumstance - unless previous consent from the Stewards has been obtained.

3. The decision of the Judges shall be considered final. No discussion shall be entered into regarding this matter.

4. Individual classes will be provided for any breed not specified in the schedule given that six or more entries are received.

5. The breed and / or colour for birds entered in AOV [any other variety] or AOC [any other colour] must be specified.

6. All entries must be accompanied by full payment, irrespective of whether or not they are present on the day of the show.

7. The show will be judged in accordance with the Australian Poultry Standards.

8. Diseased or vermon infected birds will not be allowed in the pavillion.

9. Any other matters that may arise on the day will be dealt with by the Committee.

10. Junior Exhibitors [15 years and under] must prepare and pen their own birds to be elibible for judging.
