The program encourages companies and organizations to give women opportunities to advance their careers by offering them positions of greate responsibility and leadership. As a supporter of the WOMEN ACHIEVE program, Accenture has reaffirmed its commitmen to providing women with a work environment that supports their development, empowers them to refine their leadership skills and flourish in their respective roles and areas of expertise Moreover, Accenture has pledged to provide greater opportunities for women’s participation training and career advancement. WOMEN ACHIEVE also encourages greater participation by women on boards and advocates the fair remuneration of female employees.

Participation in WOMEN ACHIEVE is open to businesses of all sizes. Companies interested in participating can elect to become signatories by contacting AmCham Abu Dhabi. WOMEN ACHIEVE signatories receive a certificate of acknowledgement from AmCham Abu Dhabi for their support and are eligible to use the WOMEN ACHIEVE seal on their communication collateral.
