1. Mentoring: I was of the opinion that being from the RPO space there wouldn’t be too many people who would

understand my business and it’s dynamics, however 2 of the 3 mentoring sessions were taken by people who

actually had prior experience in my space. Frankly I was very impressed with the depth of their network and the

meetings helped me in realigning and fixing a lot of things.

2. Peer to Peer : Learning through Networking: The social event puts you in touch with other entrepreneurs who

might be going through a similar stage or have gone through it sometime before you. At a point of time when I

was looking at breaking my business into processes and aligning them into buckets of criticality, a peer from the IT

space was able to give enormous inputs on how to do it.
