ACRYLIC RESIN
Indeed, design flexibility, premium aesthetics and an extremely long service life are Altuglas® PMMA key benefits for manufacturing high added value parts through both injection and extrusion processes.
Altuglas International manufactures and markets its
polymers in compliance with REACH.
Moreover, none of the substances listed in the « Candidate
List of Substances of Very High Concern» (SVHC) is inten-
tionally added in its production processes.
Compliance statements to European Directives such
as the RoHS (EC/2002/95), the ELV (EC/2000/53),
the W3E (EC/2002/96), and many others are available
upon request.
Altuglas® acrylic resins are not formulated with plasticizers,
Bisphenol A or any other substances likely to migrate.
They also comply with the EN/71 part 3.
The Altuglas® International Rho (MI, Italy) plant has
implemented and maintains an environmental
management system in accordance with
UNI EN ISO: 9001: 2008 and 14001: 2004,
as well as with the stringent automotive
ISO/TS 16949: 2002.
