CONCLUSIONS
• The photocopy service does not satisfies the population asked in general.
• Relating to the cafeteria; the level of satisfaction is not accomplished because they do
not vary the products they sell; and the schedule is not satisfactory.
• On the other hand; the population interviewed thinks that they do not receive a good
cleaning service.
• Regarding the library; it does not satisfy the population in general because of the lack of
updated books, the deficiency space and the absence of technological improvements
that catch the student's attention and promote a fluent learning process.
RECOMMENDATIONS • The Institution needs a Photocopy Center at night, the administrative board must hire personal to
provide this service.
• The cafeteria ought to vary the products they sell, and it is relevant the administrative staff take a role as
promoter and supervisor of these changes.
• It should be established a cleaning protocol in each institution. This protocol would promote the
restrooms cleaning service every four hours, and each one must contain inside what the users require.
• The library should contain more and updated books available for teachers and students. The
implementation of a digital data base of books would help to organize the ones that already exist and it
also would help to know which other books are required. Besides, having a virtual data base keeps more
space to accomplish other purposes.
