The Digital Fundraising Specialist will own the
outcomes of:
1. Digital revenue: Plan, develop and implement the
online fundraising strategy and meet online donor
acquisition and retention targets (incl. single donation,
regular donation conversion and revenue).
2. Performance of digital advertising: Lead the
development and coordination of the paid digital
advertising channel strategy incl. user journeys,
creative development, placement, targeting, testing
and budgeting to drive performance across various
digital advertising conversion and engagement targets.
3. Manage advertising agencies: Build and manage
relationships with digital advertising agency and other
external specialists and hold them accountable for
performance.
4. New digital revenue opportunities: Actively pursue
new opportunities and innovations for digital tests,
campaigns, creative and revenue streams, focusing on
but not limited to digital advertising.
5. Support divisional campaigns: collaborate with the
wider Public Affairs team to support successful
campaigns and major appeals; advise and execute on
digital advertising elements to support divisional goals.
6. Support digital team goals e.g. Support and be
supported by direct team of digital specialists (social,
EDM, content, web dev, UX and SEO) to reach shared
team goals together.

• Experience in non-charity eCommerce roles
• Experience in broader digital disciplines; social, EDM, content,
web dev, UX, on-site A/B testing and SEO
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant marketing/digital field
• Experience driving increased online fundraising outcomes in
a similar organisation/charity/NGO
• Strong experience overseeing paid campaigns across video,
social, search and display platforms
• Strong experience using analytics and attribution models to
report and drive strategy with Google Analytics and
DoubleClick
• Experience devising advertising user journeys that utilise
creative and targeting A/B tests, remarketing and
programmatic elements
• Experience managing digital advertising agencies and other
external specialists, including budgeting and admin
• Google Adwords search/display
• Youtube
• Facebook ads manager
• Premium/PMP display/video
• Google Analytics
• DoubleClick attribution/reporting
• Digital agency management

The Digital Fundraising Specialist is responsible for growing The
Foundation’s online audience and revenue through the development and
implementation of digital fundraising strategies.
