Objectives
1.To develop e-learning media for English communication of
hotel students for front office services,
2.To study Pre-Post test results from this instruction media,
3.To find out users’ satisfaction
4.To study the experts’ evaluation toward instruction media of
English conversation and communication for front office
services.

Methodology
1. Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Notepad++ and wamp server
were employed to develop this media program.
2. 6 experts and 30 students were studied in this project. 3
experts namely programmer, animation developer and English language
expert evaluated the quality of the program. 3 professional English
language teachers considered content of the lessons in this instruction
program. 30 students’ registered English conversation and
communication for front office of 2/2014 were the sample study in this
research.
3. Percentage, Frequency, Means, Standard Deviation and
t-test were used to compute raw data.
