Dear Collaborators,

Delighted to launch our new weekly newsletter. We will be publishing this every Friday with the view of staying con-nected and sharing the latest news and views from within the business. Whilst we are surrounded by uncertainty, both personally and within our industry there is one certainty that is obvious to me – We will become stronger and healthier as a business based around our constant ability to adapt and evolve, by staying true to our core values and working as a team. Its not about avoiding the storms but learning how to dance in the rain.

Im so proud of what we have achieved in our short time together and I urge you all to reflect on the impact each of you has made. I hope that the details within this and all the subsequent issues will help keep that focus and determina-tion to drive forward - we will come back stronger. Since COVID 19 has hit we as a senior management team have focused on initially ensuring our financial stability giving us the strong platform to allow us proactively to review markets and op-portunities and set about creating 3no key focus tasks. This will ensure our continued success whilst plotting a new trajectory of growth and adding to the existing core business.

You will see later on what these core projects are, and in more detail over the coming weeks. We will continually keep you updated and include you in their development and delivery as we work towards getting the team back and fully engage within the business.

Project PRISM sets out its clear initiatives to enable value added conversations and thought leadership with existing and new clients. This is an essential piece of ongoing work that helps us tackle the impact of COVID 19, living with social distancing within brand experience spaces and setting

the road map of new products and services as the markets evolve and re-set. This puts us right at the front of driving innovation and solutions to clients, and keeps us front of mind.

We are also working hard to re-define our Digital offering, this will form a vital part of our new suite of product offer-ings, focused and well defined, we utilise all our existing prowess around creativity and solution building whilst en-gaging in new technology and innovation. I look forward to sharing details in the future as the project gathers momen-tum and framework. Lastly a key focus for us as a business will be around our Sales & Marketing functions, as we adjust our offerings and align with market trends, we must create dynamic focus as a team around promoting and selling our business. To date we have been exceptional in our business growth, coming from recommendation, word of mouth and organic growth within Key Accounts. We have to turn up the noise and start build-ing an internal sales and marketing function as a key success driver for our business and goals. I look forward to keeping you updated on these projects and further developments. Remember you and this business has my full backing, we will all have to evolve but I know we are ready and eager for the challenges and rewards that lie ahead. I hope you enjoy the first edition of the collaborate chronicle.

project spotlight TM Forum is in full swing for the main Catalyst Kiosks and Plenary stage sets, we have 2no isola-

ted production work streams, Watford and Chichester and the teams are ploughing through the main elements. Production should be completed by mid June ready for the event …. Oh no wait its now in October ! Ok so we managed to get our 3 years contract signed, and agree we could go into production of these elements now, releasing projects funds and allowing us to create capa-city in September, when we hope to be busier again. Photos look fab and the client was over the moon.

We are working with the client on various other areas and new solutions for their event, so we are very well placed to add value and secure our long term position as key production partner to the TM Forum .
