The changes occurred over the last years in the design of cover-ings, created the need for decorative coatings which provide uni-form surfaces with the minimum of joints. In addition to that, the increase of renovations, required the development of coatings which can be applied directly over existing coverings or even furni-ture. PLANOCOLOR is a well-designed system of decorative coat-ings, with a large variety of patterns and colour combinations. This brochure focuses on PLANOCOLOR RESIN (resin flooring systems, 3D floors, etc) for jointless internal floors.

PLANOCOLOR RESINThe floor can become the ideal canvas for creating artwork or large size seamless areas based on the histo-ry, usage, or simply to the desired artistic design we want to apply to the area. Additionally, the possibil-ity of incorporating 3D printings and objects like fiber optic, make the surface to "come alive" and "function" in different dimensions. The final artistic result is protected with the application of the liquid glass resin (PLANOCOLOR LIQUID GLASS).

DECORATIVE COATINGSRESIN

PLANOCOLOR

PLANOCOLOR LIQUID GLASS

Two-component solvent free (VOC = 0g/L) self-leveling epoxy resin with "liq-uid glass" appearance. It is extremely clear and it is used for surface protection of floors or for the incorporation of ob-jects in the mass, such as pebbles, 3D prints, photos, fiber optics, LED on sur-faces such as kitchen benches, tables, bars, floor paintings. It can be mixed with NOVACOLOR UNIVERSAL pig-ments in order to create 'abstract art' resin floorings where, due to the clarity of the resin, "depth" of each layer is visi-ble.Consumption: 1,0 - 1,1L/m2/mm thickness.

Packaging: 14L, 4L and 1L.

NOVACOLOR UNIVERSAL

Liquid pigments suitable for mixing with epoxy systems. Used for mixing with PLANOCOLOR LIQUID GLASS in order to create ‘abstract art’ resin floorings. Consumption: depending on the type of application.

Packaging: 200ml.

PLANOFLOOR EPX

Two-component, colored, solvent-free epoxy system which is used as colored substrate prior to resin floorings appli-cation. It can also be mixed with uncoat-ed marble (MR), quartz (MQ), silica (S), lightweight coated (LC) or recycled glass (RC GLASS) granulates, in order to cre-ate polished terrazzo coatings of small thickness. For binder colors see PLANO-COLOR RESIN RAL chart. Color: 1001, 7032, 7035, 7038, 7040, 7047, 9001, 9002, 9003, 9018.Consumption: depending on application.

PLANOCOAT EPX

Two-component solvent free epoxy paint. It is used for protecting floors and walls in areas with chemical aggression. Available in the RAL colors of the PLANOCOLOR RESIN RAL colour chart. Color: 1001, 7032, 7035, 7038, 7040, 7047, 9001, 9002, 9003, 9018. It can also be applied as a "background" coloured substrate before PLANOCOLOR LIQUID GLASS coatings. Apply always on a flat substrate without rising humidity such as PLANO 120, primed with WATERPRIMER EPX or PLANOPRIMER EPOXY. Consumption: depending on application.

PLANOPRIMER EPOXY

Two component, epoxy primer free of solvents, used for creating adhesive bridge on non-absorbent substrates such as existing marble, ceramic tiles, metal, traces of well anchored epoxy paints or coatings. Whilst fresh, scatter silica sand like S 500 on the final coat in order to create adhesive bridge with the subsequent cement based compounds. Consumption: 100 ‒ 200ml/m2.

Packaging: (1,9+1,1)L.

NOVACEM RAPID FLOW

Fast curing and drying mortar, with great flowing abilities used for levelling floors in a thickness of 20 - 80mm. It is able to receive coverings sensitive to hu-midity like wood, carpet, self levelling compounds, microcement or epoxy coatings after 12 - 24 hours in a thick-ness of 4cm. Consumption: 2,4kg/m2/mm of thickness.

Packaging: 25Kg.

WATER PRIMER EPX

Two component water based epoxy primer for in depth consolidation of absorbent substrates with reduced superficial strength. It forms barrier to rising humidity of up to 4%. Whilst fresh, scatter silica sand like S 500 on the final coat in order to create adhe-sive bridge with the subsequent ce-ment based compounds.Consumption: 150 - 300ml/m².

Packaging: (2+1) L.

SUBSTRATEPREPARATIONRESIN

PLANO 120 S/F

Fast setting and high strength self levelling compound used for thickness 1 ‒ 7 mm. For application in 8 - 20mm it has to be mixed with 25% of the sand PLANOCOLOR GRANIT S 20. Ideal for substrate levelling prior to the application of PLANOCOLOR RESIN floor coatings. The MARINE version is suitable for applications in boats (Part of the NOVAMIX MARINE SYSTEM). Consumption: 1,7 kg/m2/ mm of thickness.

PLANOFINISH PU 2KW MAT

Two-component polyurethane aliphatic varnish with mat finish. It is easily applied in 2 - 3 layers with a waiting time of 15 - 30 minutes between layers. Its fast application makes it ideal for renovations. Provides protection against dirt, water and oily pollutants. If required can be mixed with NOVACOLOR DESIGN pigments.Consumption: depending on application.

Packaging: 4L and 1L.

PLANOFINISH PU 2KS PLANOFINISH PU 2KS MAT Τwo-component, solvent based aliphatic polyure-thane varnishes with glossy (PLANOFINISH PU 2KS) or mat - satin finish (PLANOFINISH PU 2KS MAT). Applied in 2 layers always check for altera-tion of the final shade. They are applied diluted with NOVATHINNER PU.Consumption: depending on application.

Packaging: 5L and 1L.

PLANOFINISH EPOXY

Glossy, water-based epoxy varnish for the pro-tection of microcement coatings. It is suitable for floors, walls and surfaces of heavy use such as kitchen countertops, bars, tables, toilets. It is ap-plied in 2 layers crosswise undiluted by means of a roller. For indoor use only.Consumption: depending on application.

Packaging: (2 + 1)L.
