• The Arm Group is made up of 3 specialist  recruitment consultancies and an HR consultancy that stretch across design, architecture, construction and IT.

• It employs over 55 staff and has offices in London, Guildford and Dubai. • Adrem was founded in 1981 by Malcolm Scott in the belief that design recruitment could be better serviced if managed by design

professionals. Del Hossain, formerly an architect with Fosters, came onboard in 1998 and now heads up the company.  • Alex Morris founded Cerebra in 1997 and came together with Malcolm and Del in 2004. They have since doubled the size of the company

within the ARM Group framework. • Evolution is a specialist consultancy launched by Kate Marks, Del and Malcolm in 2004. It focuses on HR to the design and construction

industry. • In 2007 ARM Group Dubai was opened, to capitalise on the companies experience in design and construction recruitment coupled with the

need for a specialist consultancy to be opened in the Gulf. • As a Group, with a combined fee turnover in excess of £10.5m and ambitious plans to grow, the company is going from strength to strength.

• Cerebra recruitment was founded in 1997 by Alex Morris. Alex has more than 15 years experience in the Recruitment sector. He set up the international division of Spring PLC before setting up Cerebra.

• Cerebra is focused on providing quality candidates to quality clients. The acquisition of the Nixon Group in 2003 means that Cerebra has more than 18 years experience in the Building services industry. This places Cerebra in an excellent position to know the best candidates in the industry.

• Arm Group Dubai is the international division of Adrem, Cerebra and Evolution.• The International division has been in operation for some 4 years and in 2007 the office for ARM

Group (Dubai) was established to supply senior level candidates operating across the built environment (Architecture, Interiors, MEP building Service, Civil, Structural, Infrastructure and FM). 

• The office is currently working with Al Futtaim Carillion LLC and Carillion Caribbean Ltd, Foster and Partners. 

• Formally trained as a Civil Engineer, Jeremy Khan manages the team in the office in Dubai and specialises in recruitment of technical staff (Project Managers, Engineers and Architects and Designers). 

• Arm Group Dubai’s candidate base originates from all parts of the world from Europe, the US, Asia & Austral-asia and of course the Gulf

• The office is rapidly developing a reputation for working at the senior level end of the market but their reach extends to all areas of the construction organogram with the exception of site staff.
