Easy to open and close. The slot is designed to provide effortless wire insertion. The spring clip is inactive with wires up to .018, which provides a frictionless environ-ment. The Interactive Spring Clip enables a safety release system when force exceeds 550 g. Perfect retention and micro-etched integral bond-ing base enhances bonding strength. Patented tooth-shaped base simplifies bracket placement. Very low profile (2.1 mm).

These protective coverings bring instant relief and quick healing to intraoral ulcers caused by imping-ing appliances. They also provide comfort to patients who play musical instru-ments, and give protection to incisal edges that occlude against ceramic brackets.

Special features

Cabriolet is a clear hybrid self-ligating bracket with a polymer snap-on door for easy closing and opening. It has a ceramic body for strength and secure bonding, a metal insert for reduced wire friction, a slim design, and a stainless steel hinge.

Cover is made with superelastic titanium tie-wings for later use during the active part of treatment.

This entirely new lingual bracket design joins our existing MIM Edgewise, Roth, and MBT brackets.

Opal is the only company that offers the McLaughlin Rx. These brackets have hooks on upper and lower 3s, 4s, and 5s, and gingivally offset bicuspids on upper and lower as well.
