Clutter and Disorder - If you aren't organized, then frustration sets in. Clear off your desk and put everything in it's place before you leave every day.


You'll start off the next day without having to hunt for whatever it was you were working on

yesterday.Try to do it before your lunch break too. That little

bit of time spent cleaning your workspace will lower stress and keep you productive.


Have a tiny space to work in? Shelving and file folders on the wall can make a huge

difference.



Complaining - Everyone has something to complain about, especially at work, but complaining never solved a problem.

Be pro-active. Look for solutions. Have a grumpy coworker or boss? Don't complain about them.

hear gossip about coworkers”. If that's too aggressive for you, simply change the subject.
