We are a welcoming church family, developing disciples who joyfully
minister to others in the name of Christ.
We extend a special welcome to our guests today! We hope you will find comfort
and meaning in our service as we worship together. After the service, please join us at the
entrance doors to receive a welcome gift and become better acquainted. Our church family
appreciates your presence here today, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

CALL TO WORSHIP: Ephesians 3:18-19 Suzanne Lundstrom

Happy are those whose sin is forgiven. Joyous are they who are set free. Such happiness and joy is found only in you, Lord Jesus. Therefore, rather than hiding from you, we humbly come into the healing light of your glory and grace. To you we confess, and through you we are made new. Lord, hear our prayer… (silent confession)

The CE Committee is sponsoring a Chili Cook-Off Sunday, November 13
th
immediately following the 11:00 a.m. service in the Fellowship Hall.
Bring your best pot of chili and join us for lunch!
We look forward to seeing you in our fellowship in Christ. Donations to benefit our Youth Ministry.
(Youth Parents, we would greatly appreciate if you would supply us with toppings such as cheese, sour cream, crackers, and/or a dessert. Please send it with your youth. Youth will meet in the fellowship hall immediately after Children’s Time. We will pray, listen to God’s word and prepare for our event.)
Frosty the Snowman, was alive as he could be, and the children knew he had food issues, his meals were gluten free! (he had nut allergies, too!
We have had requests from last year's patrons to provide some gluten free baked goods at our Christmas Sale. A few recipes are posted on the TPW bulletin board, with the sign-up sheets, for you to take if you are willing to help with this request. Also, congregation members who cook gluten free at home have recommended gluten free baked good mixes, such as Pillsbury. The organic section of grocery stores also stocks gluten free mixes. A note about gluten and/or nut free treats. Please wrap these separately, and do not mix them in with gluten containing or nut containing items. This year, we will have a separate table for nut free, and gluten free items so they are easily identified. Ingredient cards will be used again this year to assist guests with their choices. Flyers are available to spread the word about our Christmas Sale. The one in the bulletin can be copied and given out to family members, friends, and neighbors. Use the color ones in the Narthex to place on community boards or post at your work place. Be sure to mark your own calendars for Dec. 3!
We are still in need for volunteer bakers, and other assignments. Please check the TPW bulletin board or contact Dr. Sandra Hollensead to sign you up at 502 593 4014 or [email protected].
