We Offer Three Distinct Franchise Opportunities:

An Area Development franchisee: We grant an exclusive territory based on various market and economic conditions like population, household earnings and other demographic criteria. The Area Developer will develop 21 individual franchise units, including 1 unit that the Area Developer will own and operate as a Model Spa. The Area Developer pays MLI, LLC an initial fee for the development rights and is paid for each franchise sale within its development area that it concludes. The Area Developer shares in both the initial franchise fee from the sale of a unit and a percentage of the ongoing royalty generated from their development area during the term of their agreement. In exchange, the Area Developer provides franchise development and sales, along with ongoing support and services to the franchisees within the development area.

A Multi-Unit Development franchisee: A Multi-Unit Development Agreement authorizes you to develop, own and operate a specific number of spas in the territory designated in your Multi-Unit Agreement. A minimum of 3 Spas must be opened under this agreement. The specific number of Spas required to be opened will be mutually agreed upon by you and us based on the size of the territory and various market and economic factors.

A Single Unit MassageLuXe franchisee: An exclusive territory of an approximately 3 mile radius from the location of the spa, which may vary based on market and economic conditions like population, household earnings and other demographic criteria, will be granted to single unit franchisees. Your MassageLuXe Development Representative is ready to provide you with our “Franchise Disclosure Document” to better assist you in understanding the operational and investment aspects of our exciting business and franchise opportunity!
