• The cash flow statement submitted by OHPC reveals cash surplus of the order of Rs.751.14 cr. by the end of 2009, the break up of which is submitted by OHPC. Authenticated documents justifying the utilization of such surplus cash in different funds such as terminal liability fund, hydrology fund, joint venture fund, depreciation fund, Machhkund fund etc. may be provided. Further, interest earned from such investments may be quantified and furnished.

• PPAs for OHPC Old Power Stations: From the compliance to the Commission’s query it is observed that the PPA for Old Power Stations of OHPC has been signed with GRIDCO on 20.11.2009. OHPC in consultation with GRIDCO may expedite the process of submission of PPAs to OERC for necessary approval.

• Status of Potteru Small Hydro Project: The status of the Potteru Small HE project has not been reflected in the ARR application for 2010-11. The latest status indicating the expenditure incurred, reason for delay on execution of the project etc. may be submitted.
