6 Delegate Profile Due to conflict of interest this event is not open to providers of all kinds of HR services and event organizers At its sole discretion OCST reserves the right to decline registrations for delegates deemed unsuitable to attend this program 7 Delegate Cancellations OCST will not provide refunds or credits on delegate payments received for all delegate cancellations 8 Event Postponement Should for any reason the event is postponed OCST shall endeavor to reschedule a similar event to a future date without liability Delegate payments received shall be held by OCST and transferred as credit to the rescheduled event 9 Event Cancellation Should for any reason the event is cancelled OCST shall without liability issue a credit voucher for the delegate payments received within forty-five (45) days of event cancellation notice given to delegate The credit voucher will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of its issuance and can be used to offset participation fees at OCST events 10 Video and Audio Recordings Video and audio recordings during sessions are not allowed due to copyright reasons The event speaker seeks the understanding and cooperation of all delegates
