Testo Flue Gas Analyser is used to check the Oxygen content in the combustion exhaust, and also monitor the hazardous emissions resulting out of such combustion. It is used in all kinds of industrial combustion systems, like Boilers, Furnaces, Process Heaters, Ovens, Incinerators, Gas Turbines, Diesel Engines, Gas Engines, and also Industrial Burners. A Flue Gas Analyser is also known by different names like Emission Analyser, Engine Exhaust Analyser, Exhaust Gas Analyser. Testo Flue Gas Analyser can analyse 8 Gases in all, these are O2, CO, CO2, NO, NO2, SO2, HC, H2S Applications exist in every single continuous process industry. Applications in Cement Industry: - To measure false air(excess air) in the pre heater outlet, bag house, coal mill, and raw mill. This is checked to find out the air ingress. - O2, CO, CO2 in the rotary kiln inlet. For every 1% excess O2, 15 kcal of energy is consumed in excess per kg of clinker. In a 3500 tpd cement plant, this means 50 million kcal lost. Applications in Cement Manufacturing
