ME7834 Mobile Device Test Platform

The ME7834 is a configurable system that provides protocoltest solutions for multi-RAT (GERAN/UTRAN/LTE/LTE-Advanced/cdma2000®) throughout the lifecycle ofmodern wireless terminals.

It can be configured to provide solutions for individualapplications or combinations that allow functionality to beshared or expanded as needs change.

What a-sure products are available?

• a.sure - Three years extended warranty from purchase on your Anritsu product. (inc priority web-based customersupport).

• a.sure Accidental Damage – This extends the basic a.sure warranty product to cover repairs (if possible) causedby accidental (not deliberate) damage to the product for 3 years from purchase. (Limited to a maximum of 1repair per year, no replacement if equipment is beyond repair).

• a.sure Calibration – This adds calibration to the extended warranty and provides 2 calibrations on the instrumentto cover its first 3 years of life. (ie at the beginning of year 2 and beginning of year 3 of ownership).

• a.sure Complete – All the above at a superb discounted price.

The a.sure service products are structured as a three year, “return to base” extended warranty, repair or calibrationservice, depending on what a.sure product is purchased. Onsite support can also be provided for an extra premiumif required.

Any product that is regularly inspected and calibrated by an Anritsu test and Calibration Laboratory will automaticallybe checked for faults, repaired as necessary (with customer approval depending on repairs times) and all softwareupdated if appropriate.

The web-based support tool will be available via the Anritsu internet web-site and is intended to allow customersto submit service based, equipment operating based or application based requests. A call back facility will also beprovided to allow customers to talk directly to an Anritsu specialist about their particular issue. Call back will initiallybe provided in English, French, German, Swedish and Italian.

Calibration

There are two levels of calibration service available, providing a choice to meet the varying levels of customer need.

Silver - The Silver package includes calibration in accordance with the Full Manufacturer's Published Performance Specification.Results data sheets including the addition of uncertainties where available are provided.

Gold - The Gold package extends the Silver package to include the detailed adjustment of the instrument. It includes aCertificate of Calibration with calibration results against Full Manufacturer's Published Performance Specification parameters.This is in the form of a results data sheet, including both 'before and after' adjustment and repair values, with uncertainties beingprovided where available.

Flexible Calibration and Maintenance Contracts - With the Anritsu range of flexible contracts, we are confident that there issomething for everyone. The modular concept means you can add options together to create a calibration and/or maintenancesolution which is unique to you and your company's needs.

On-Site Calibrations - If you can't afford to be without your equipment for any length of time, even for calibration, don't despair.By travelling to your site of operations and calibrating your equipment there and then, we can ensure that down time is kept toan absolute minimum.
