Case Study #1 – Global IT Consulting Firm Challenge:• Client required complex test data generation for functional testing of business

process management (BPM) applications from Oracle, IBM, TIBCO, SAP, etc.

• Complex test data needs based on many interdependent conditions – over 600 lines of requirements in a spreadsheet provided by client.

Solution:• Test data with parent-child relationships and referential integrity was modeled

and then generated by GenRocket each day, in real time.

• BPM applications were thoroughly tested and functional issues were identified in some of the BPM applications.

Case Study #2 - Global Computer ManufacturerChallenge: • Client needed population of tables across multiple databases with referential

integrity.

• Unique test data requirements for particular Attributes.

Solution: • Used GenRocket’s global variable feature to generate unique values that

were globally shared between multiple databases to enforce referential integrity.

• Implemented three additional GenRocket Generators to support unique test data requirements.

Case Study #3 – Regional Salesforce CRM Integrator Challenge:• Generating complex test data that accurately simulated 3 years of sales

pipeline data in a Salesforce CRM system.

Solution:• GenRocket was able to produce conditioned test data that accurately

represented for multiple years of sales data, multiple sales stages, different probabilities, a variety of products, and multiple sales reps.

• GenRocket was able to seamlessly populate the test data directly into the client’s Salesforce CRM through GenRocket’s direct integration with Salesforce.
