Tender Notice Director, REC Ambedkar Nagar invites sealed Tenders from eligible

bidders for the construction and electrification works of Basketball,

Badminton & Volleyball Courts in institute. Separate tenders must be

submitted at REC Ambedkar Nagar (U.P.) for

1. One Number of Basketball Court 2. Two Number of Badminton Court 3. Two Number of Volleyball Court.

The tender documents can be downloaded from the website

www.mkrecit.ac.in and may be submitted by 26.11.2015 upto 02:00 PM.

Tenders will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM at the Administrative

Building REC Ambedkar Nagar. Cost of tender document and EMD as

mentioned in the tender document should be in the form of separate bank draft in favour of Director, REC Ambedkar Nagar payable at Ambedkar Nagar

Sealed and separate tenders in duplicate in two parts i.e. tender bid-I and tender

bid-II are herewith invited for construction and electrification works of

Basketball, Badminton & Volleyball Courts REC Ambedkarnagar along

with earnest money amounting to Rs…. (Mentioned with package/unit) in the

shape of Demand Draft of Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in favour of Director REC

Ambedkar Nagar(UP). Both envelopes should be kept in one big envelope. The

tenders should reach to undersigned latest by 26.11.2015 at 2.00 PM. Tenders should be evaluated as per construction / installation. Terms & Conditions: 1. Details of construction / materials are as per bill of quantity attached.

2. Tenders should be submitted either in person or by post in sealed

envelopes on which name of package/unit, tender number and date

along with name and address of the firm will be written. 3. TENDER BID-I (Technical) shall contain (i) Tender cost (non refundable) (ii)

Earnest Money (iii) Proof of PAN and TIN registration document (iv) Standing

of the firm (v) Major execution work related to tender in recent past (vi)

Authorized dealer certificate from OEM & Commercial terms and conditions.

TENDER BID-II (Financial) shall contain rate schedule only. The rates must be

quoted in both figures and words. Any overwriting and/or cutting must be duly

attested failing which tenders are likely to be rejected. 3

4. All tenders received after due date and time will not be considered.

5. Price quoted should be F.O.R RAJKIYA ENGINEERING COLLEGE

Ambedkarnagar (UP). 6. The detailed specifications against construction /material must be given.

7. The quoted items should strictly be in order of merit with serial number

and metric unit otherwise the tenders are liable to be ignored.

8. Conditions regarding validity of tenders, delivery period, payment discount,

warrantee and Guarantee Period, Trade Tax, Excise & Custom Duty and

insurance etc. should be mentioned clearly. Net prices should be quoted.

9. No sales tax form “C” or “D” etc. for concessional rates shall be provided

by the Institute.

10. The quoted rates should be valid for at least six months from the date

of opening.

11. Tenders without sample wherever required may not be accepted.

12. In case of imported requirement, commission allowed to agents must

be specifically mentioned.

13. Free demonstration shall be done in the Institute premises if required.

14. Insurance shall be done by the executers at their own cost.

15. Tenders without mentioned earnest money deposit will not be

entertained.

16. Standing of the firm and major civil construction works in recent past

with proof must be attached.

17. In case of dealers, authorized distributors, dealer’s certificate from OEM

is required.

18. Document through bank and advance payment on profarma invoice may

not be accepted. 4

19. The quantity mentioned in bill of quantity against each items will be

treated as provisional and it may be changed depending on actual

requirement.

20. Payment will be made only after successful execution of construction of

different allotted courts.

21. If the construction is not completed within prescribe period the firm shall

be liable to pay a penalty equal to 0.10% of value of tender order per day. However this can be waved off by the Director under special

circumstances. If the firm fails to execute the construction earnest money

deposit will be forfeited. 22. Deduction of TDS as per Govt. Rules.

23. Tenders will be opened in the presence of those who choose to be

present on the opening date and time.

24. Any dispute will be subjected to Ambedkar Nagar (UP) Jurisdiction only.

25. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

26. The Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders

without assigning any reason.
