Daily Cleaning:

Wash dishes - throw any scraps in bin or rinse off any large food items (this will keep your washing water cleaner). Wash dishes in hot soapy water and leave to dry or hand dry with tea-towel and return to cupboard.

Wipe down benches, stove/oven each time to make the cleaning easier. (make sure it has cooled down first), you can use your washing water if it is still clean, or use an appropriate bench cleaner.

Take rubbish out to the wheelie &/or recycle bins.

Pick up any bits and pieces lying around the house, to keep looking tidy.

Put all dirty clothes in the washing basket.

Weekly Cleaning:

Wash clothes, towels, bed linen at least once a week, more often if needed.

Wipe over kitchen cupboard doors.

Check and throw out old food in the fridge, freezer & pantry.

Dust &/or wipe over furniture and window ledges.

Sweep/vacuum and mop all floors, make sure you use hot soapy water when mopping.

In the bathroom:

Clean mirrors with glass cleaner;

Clean toilet bowl with toilet cleaner or Home Brand Bleach or Domestos & wipe over toilet seat & outside of toilet.

Clean shower/bath & hand basin with crème cleanser and/or an anti-bacterial cleaner. Wash shower curtain occasionally.
