With facilities spread out across the United States, Sabre Industries has the capacity to meet your needs. We have wireless manufacturing facilities located in Sioux City, Iowa; Alvarado, Texas; and Bossier City, Louisiana. Our new, state-of-the-art Iowa and Texas plants manufacture engineered structures, while our Louisiana plant manufactures a variety of engineered products. These three plants combined provide a total of 1,159,200 square feet of manufacturing and related facilities. In addition to manufacturing, we have service facilities spread out across the United States. Headquartered in Champaign, Illinois, our team of service professionals has more than 150 years of combined experience. Along with offering in-house equipment integration, Sabre has more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and 175,000 square feet of outdoor warehouse space providing full service shelter storage with capacity for up to 100,000 lb. shelters.

As one of the largest tower providers in the world, Sabre manufactures thousands of tower structures every year. Providing towers for nearly all applications, we offer a full line of engineered telecom structures, including self-supporting and guyed towers, monopoles and concealment products. Our in-house, experienced, structural engineers are licensed in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, and Guam; and are capable of certifying a wide range of structures. We offer guyed and self-supporting towers with tubular, solid-round or angle legs, and slip-sleeve or fl anged monopoles. In addition to providing new structures, Sabre has the experience and capability to design, fabricate and install tower and monopole modifi cations. Optimized for ease of installation and minimum interference with existing mounts and lines, our tower upgrade components are designed to fi t the fi rst time.

Sabre Industries provides a wide variety of engineered products for the telecom industry. As one of the largest shelter providers in the United States, we design, manufacture and integrate a full line of enclosures including concrete, steel and SIP shelters. Custom designed to meet local building ordinances or other stringent requirements, alternate fi nishes are available such as stamped brick, stucco and vinyl siding. Our engineering department supports your requirements in addition to providing value engineering and seamless integration of our products into your projects. For emergency and disaster recovery operations, we also provide a full line of mobile, panelized and fi eld-erectable products.

Our antenna mounting systems are designed with nearly 40 years of experience in the tower industry and meet today’s technology requirements. Dedicated to providing the telecom industry with a true end-to-end solution, we also design and manufacture small cell and DAS infrastructure that includes stealth poles, NEMA 3 and 4 cabinets, ground furniture, shrouds, and other related components.
