Heavy Duty

HEAVY DUTY is a rugged shelter

made of seam welded steel, with

walls of panel appearance,

allowing installation of a mast on

the roof. It is designed for weather-

exposed environments and has a

life span exceeding 20 years. Basedon an ISO concept with corner

fittings handling and transportation

becomes easy. It can be placed

either on a concrete foundation or

on plinths. A sloping roof promotes

rainwater drainage.

Design Features

We offer shelters with three main levels of installation, basic installation, extended installation and turnkey

installation.

Heavy Duty has three main purposes

To house and protect sensitive telecom, radio andelectronic equipment

To function as a secure transportation package,fully turnkey installed with radio, transmission and

DC-power

To work as an integrated structural entity inconjunction with a mast or tower and foundation

Basic Installation

A basic installation consists of an insulated steel shelter

with power system, internal earthing, alarm, internal

lighting, cable ladders and Roxtec.

Walls are insulated and lined with sandwich panel of

polyurethane foam and painted metal sheet. The floor is

insulated with metal sheet, Styrofoam and plywood

board. On top, PVC flooring with ESD (Electro Static

Discharge) protection. Complete hot deep galvanized

steel structure. Painting according to C3-S3.17 for

excellent corrosion properties. Welded earth bolts.

AC power system

Electrical distribution board for incomingelectricity and distribution

Earth connection for all equipment.

Flex Light Pack

FLEX LIGHT PACK is a knock

down shelter solution and includes a

complete set of material of assembly

of telecom shelter on site. Flex Light

Pack can be used both as a roof top

site and a Green field site.

We do offer customized solutions

through our flexible engineering and

roduction teams.

Flex Light Pack is base on an ultra light Shelter Design.

accommodation of athletic and political

events, temporary sites for restoration of

Design Features

The Mobile Site is one complete mobile telecom shelter

equipped with radio, transmission, DC-power, diesel

generator, mast and a trailer. The shelter has one room for

the telecom equipment and one external area for the diesel

generator.

Installation

The shelter is equipped with power system, distribution

board, cooling unit with emergency ventilation, internal

earthing, shelter alarm and cooling device alarm, internal

lighting, cable ladders with MCT inlet and outdoor earthing

kit. The diesel generator is 3-phase, 15-30 kVA, 12 -24 kW,700-998 liters tank inclusive baffle plate.

The walls are insulated and lined with sandwich of

polyurethane foam and metal sheet. The floor is insulated

with Styrofoam and plywood board. On top PVC flooring

with ESD (Electro Static Discharge) protection.

Mast

The mast is designed to fit our mobile telecom shelter, no

site preparation is required. The solution ensures quick

and safe erection. The mast is the type of telescopic with

motor, NATO connector, and antenna direction device

with cable kit.

Mast sections - extension tube 127mm.

Elevation system - 24 VDC electric powered.

Performance - The maximum vertical top load is 100kg.

Maximum wind area CxA (sector antennas) 1.5 m.Mini link. Maximum diameter 0.6 m. Maximum set-up

wind speed 10 m/s.

Trailer

The 2-axle trailer is specially designed for our shelter and

makes the shelter mobile.

Chassis - Two main beams welded I-profile and twocontainer beams including twist locks for one 15 feet

shelter.

Painting - Sandblasted primed and painted in oneoptional color. Paint thickness 120-150 .

Floor - The floor frame is app. 900 mm and has 4pieces of load securing lashing rings.

Draw bar - Bolted with 50 mm draw-eye, L=1.80-2.40 meter, mounted at 2.10 meter.

Tires - 205/65x17.5. Axles - 10 tons 17.5.

Brake system - Pneumatically dual circuit safetysystem, automatic slack adjusters, mechanical parking

brake, brake connection type ISO 3371, two wheel

chocks including holder.

Electrical system - 24V, original tail lights, side lightsand reflexes according to legal requirements. Electricalconnection 7-pin according to ISO 1185.

Misc. - The trailer is equipped with support legs incorners, mud guards and mud flaps, two level measure

instruments and one spare wheel carrier. Side and rear

under run protection in aluminum. Telescopic ladder.

Switching Stations

9

SWITCHING STATIONS provide a

turnkey solution with a much shorter

lead time compared to conventional

building techniques. Our modular system

means flexible solutions for witching

stations, based on 50 sqm modules.

Examples of delivered stations are 50,100 or 150 sqm. With all major

production and installation done at our

plant, we minimize necessary installation

on site. Our scope of complete delivery

includes completely equipped insulated

switching station with electrical

installations, alarm systems and HVAC,

raised floor, BTS/RBS and switchingequipment, all according to customer

specifications. Modules are customized

for air freight. Modules for a 150 sqm

switching station can be delivered by

one single aircraft.

Switching Stations

We offer switching stations with three main levels of

installation, basic installation, extended installation and

turnkey installation.

Basic Installation

A basic installation consists of insulated steel shelters

with power system, internal earthing, alarm, internal

lighting, cable ladders and MCT cable inlet.

Walls are insulated and lined with sandwich panel of

polyurethane foam and painted metal sheet. The floor is

a raised floor system. Entrance steps are included.

AC-power system Electrical distribution board for incoming

electricity and distribution.

Earth connection for all equipment. Sockets. Sensors for intrusion. Cables of type NYY, NYM.

Extended Installation

An extended installation consists of a basic

installation and cooling device, rectifier, 19-

cabinets and access system.

Cooling device Active and/or free cooling. Cooling performance in accordance with

customer specifications

Turnkey Installation

A turnkey installation consists of basic installation,

extended installation and with BTS/RBS and

switching equipment, transmission, DC-power

equipment, fire-extingguisher installed at the factory.

Work at site with assembling the modules and final

installation is included.

Logistics and Engineering

OUR SOLUTION means turnkey deliveries with

minimum installation on site. We offer all inclusive,

completely equipped insulated telecom shelters andswitching stations with electrical installations; HVAC

and radio equipment, masts and towers can be included.

Our production facility can provide secure and accurate

logistic solutions for storage, handling and distribution of

all your telecom equipment, i.e. antennas, brackets,

antenna amplifiers, locks, tables, batteries etc. Our site

packing service guarantees packing of site specific

AVAILABLE STANDARD OPTIONS

DOOR BARRIER

The door barrier gives extra protection to the shelter and

it is made of hot dip galvanized steel

ENTRANCE STEP

The entrance step gives you easier access to the shelter

and it is made of hot dip galvanized steel.

ENTRANCE ROOF

For improved weather protection a steel plate entrance

roof is available. The roof is mounted direct unto the

wall.

SUN PROTECTION ROOF

For extra protection against strong sun light, corrugated

steel sheets are available. The steel sheets are mounted

with an air gap to the shelter roof.

EMERGENCY LIGHTING

The emergency light has an integrated battery backup.

The cover is made of transparent polycarbonate plastic

and the armature shell is made of self-extinguishing

plastic. It can be mounted on wall or ceiling.

WOODEN PANEL

The wooden panel will be used in sensitive areas when

you want the shelter to blend with the local surroundings.

The panel can be ordered in many different colors.

ATTACHMENT INTERFACE

Hot dip galvanized brackets for attachment of shelter at

foundation.

OUTDOOR EARTHING KIT

The outdoor earthing kit protects electronic and

communication equipment from lightning. Copper

conductor, wire clamp, jointing sleeve, cable lug, screws

and washers are included.

ALARM/SMOKE DETECTOR

Photoelectric smoke detector and heat detector head with

relay output and auto-reset.

OUTDOOR LIGHT

The outdoor light is placed on the shelter entrance side.

The globe is made of white epoxy and it is protected by

aluminum cross. Lamp, light fittings, switch and cable are

included. The switch will be mounted on the inside of the

shelter.

GENERATOR INLET SWITCH

Changes power supply between external generator and

main cable, 32A/63A/125A.

GENERATOR INLET

The generator inlet makes it possible to connect an

external generator for power supply, 32A/63A/125A.

Manual switch box is included.

PADLOCK

The padlock is made of steel and it is used together with

the door barrier. The padlock meets the requirement for

safety class 3, SSFN 014 and 015. The shackle is 10

mm.

OBSTRUCTION LIGHT

The obstruction light includes a control unit, fuses andexcess voltage cut-out. External lamp can be included.

STEPLADDER

The stepladder is made of aluminum.

FIRST AID BOX

The first aid box can be placed inside the shelter on the

door or the walls. .
