THIS AGREEMENT, with an Effective Date of ________________________ ,is by and between the REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA (herein referred to as “University”) and __________________________________________________________________(herein referred to as “Partner”). This Agreement governs the conditions of membership for the Partner in the Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center (PEER).
