Document technical designs using flow charts, class diagrams, sequencediagrams, activity diagrams, data flow diagrams, database schemas, descriptive software component documentation, and wireframes Understanding of design patterns andenterprise application development for both packaged and custom applications Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimumperformance levels and career development. Technical authority and consultancy skills Pre-sales engagement in corporate environments. Proven ability to work under pressureand with other people. Tenacious attention to detail and quality. Time management and self-motivation skills. Help guide the technology directions by recommending specifictechnologies to pursue, suggesting training and staff development activities, and monitoring the Java technology horizon.
