1- Only install Perfectly Dry Panels

Let pallets dry for 72 hours, individual panels for 24 hours

2- Expansion JointLeave at least 1/8’’ between panels, or apply at least ¼’’ of flexible sealant

3- Pre-Drillscrew holes 1/16’’ bigger than the screw diameter

1) Cutting (carbide or diamond tip blade, masonry blade)

HANDLING

• Carry panels on their side, not flat • Corners are fragile before installation• Store panels flat, inside or with protection


Can be formed into tiles or stripsto fit any space.

• Plan for a 1/8’’per foot slope for drainage• Fasten to straight joists, 16’’ O/C . Support along the perimeter• Use 1 ½ ’’ stainless steel screws• Screw every 12’’, ¾’’ from the edge, double joists at joints• File or rasp along the edges for a smoother finish• Over an existing concrete surface ? Yes !

Installation (Decks & Balconies)


Joints: Flexible Sealant

- Joint at least ¼’’ wide, ideally ½’’- Use bond-breaking tape to ensure sealant will only

adhere to panels, not at the bottom- Make sure surfaces are dry and clean - Do not apply under direct sun rays or if temperature

is below 4°C- Wait 5-7 days before painting

- Recommended:Sikaflex Construction Sealant , PL Polyurethant (Concrete & Masonry) or equivalent(remains flexible, can be painted)

- Does not create a watertight system

Additional info:

- Can be used on any concrete surface

- Cleaner must be diluted in water

- A container of screw finishing compound is good for 8-10 panels / covers 15 sq. ft.

- A container of anti-slip acrylic covers 160 sq. ft. (1 coat)

- A container of clear sealer covers 200 sq. ft. (2 coats)
