Sling Shot BasketballGroups of 8

The students will enter the inside of the band and have them put the band on their waist facing the outside.

Scatter gator skin balls around the gym

On the signal, have the students grab a ball to shoot inside the other teams bands.

Teams can block the balls from going inside their band.

Each team has to work together to be successful in defending and playing offense.

Sling ShotHave 4 students in the band

They should be facing one of the 4 inside the band with the band against their lower back.

For this to work correctly and safely, the students need to pass on the right side of each other.

One side of the band will go first by passing each other and replacing each other's spot but at the same time stretching the band sling shoting the other 2 forward.

The other 2 students will do the same by passing on the right side and stretching out the band, forcing the other 2 students forward

This movement will continue
