A Good Team

• A good team will have what’s called a ‘division of labour’

• Each member will perform a different task so that there is no overlapping

• Where possible the team leader will allot responsibilities according to the strengths and talents of each member

• A good leader will know what talents each member possesses

• How will you let the team leader know what your strengths are?
