Can you share one highlight from the book?

I’m not sure there is one particular highlight per se, but I think a lot of parents (and children) are surprised to l

approached with a sense of fun and play. Even kids typically challenged by being still will �nd a technique in th

What has been the best reaction from a reader, so far?

A mom told me she caught her 7-year-old daughter out of bed after 9pm. When asked why she was up when s

bed, the daughter told her she was practicing yoga and that she did it almost every night – grabbing the book s
