handling mobbing, aggression and bulliing, they now felt helpless - help from outside

They turned to moralisation and rejection - paradoxical effect

1. There is a lot of mobbing among pupils - independent of the problem we went into. This was confirmed by the pupils as well as research ( for instant Dan Olweus 92). It was revealed more than we thought

2. Much of this goes on hidden for adults, but can be revealed if you put attention to it systematically. The sensibility will be sharpening both by teachers and pupils

3. The problem will increase if youth is dragged to more extreme ideological environment especially when use of violence is accepted or part of the ideology. The spiral of violence

4. When it comes to recruitment the more passive bystander or sympathiser is the important person - not the activist.

5. One must always reject the use of violence - independent of groups. Adults must intervene and not accept it. Sometimes it’s adequate to alarm the police. (The use of blinkers is sometimes too easy)
