In this idea, we have harped on the distinct property that has been created i.e. ‘National Home Buying Day’ which can only grow into a strong entity with every passing year. The idea of celebration has been embedded in a simple and effective way to communicate the hero of our communication i.e. unique ‘7.99% interest rate’ offer. Location: Gymkhana, clubs Concept: Cup cakes will be kept in big box with the message written on the flap. Over the box, white coloured balloons will be attached. On the balloons, 7.99% will be printed in blue colour.
