-Cereal : mijo : una taza-verduras salteadas: zanahoria, cebolla , cebolla de verdeo, puerro, zapallitos…-pollo de campo , pescado , tofu o seitán marinados en salsa de soja con jengibre y sal con especias salteados en una sartén

Preparación

Lavar, tostar y hervir el cereal una taza por dos de agua a olla tapada . Colocar en fuente para horno . Decorar con verduras salteadas y pollo de campo, tofu o seitán marinados.

Procedure

Soak, roast and bring the cereal to a boil with covered pot. A cup of cereal with two cups of water . Lay it on a baking sheet and put vegetables and marinated tofu , chicken, fish or seitan on top.
