What we did…Before we actually went on to make the opening of our film we needed ideas and feedback from our target audience about what kind of things they would like to see in the film and what would interest them. The genre of our film is social-realism, this means our target audience would be teenagers. The results show that social-realism is the most popular which is why we decided to choose this to be the genre of our film. We were surprised by this result as social-realism is the least recognised genre.
