A new fund has been established to help support the investment needed to develop the existing talent within your organisation.

Working closely with your employees, DNCC can help develop their careers and unlock potential. The new local response fund has been developed in response to the D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership’s Skills Growth Plan and its support is available to businesses Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. The initiative is funded by the European Social Fund.

• DNCC will deliver the right training to provide the perfect opportunity for your employees to update or develop their skills and knowledge

• A consultative approach will be undertaken to identify, agree and support any skills gaps within your organisation

Eligibility criteria

• SME businesses (up to 250 employees) based in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire

• Employees must be aged 19 or over, work for 16 hours or more a week and meet the UK residency criteria
