Academic Director (Loyola) of the Northrop Grumman Corporation executive

As Academic Consultant, designed the syllabus for the United Nations "China
Management Development Programme", 1990-91, which was subsequently
implemented by the United Nations Center on Transnational Corporations in
Beijing, China in 1992;
Design and implementation of one of the first university courses offered on
international technology transfer (the Wharton School, University of
Pennsylvania, 1974-76).
Guest-Teaching
As visiting professor, taught international business, global strategy, economics of the Middle
East, technology transfer, and related courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels at
Portland State University, Texas A&M International University, Georgetown University,
Industrial Management Institute (Iran) and University of Pennsylvania.
