The ATA Tiger program is for children ages 3 through 6. The program is designed to improve childrens motor skills and enhance their ability to pay aenon and follow direcons. The program works by emphasizing important monthly themes and a value system similarly to the Karate Kids program. Tiny gers may earn Victory Starsfor accomplishments and are able to test for rank and compete in tournaments when ready. Taekwondo: Ages 3-6 Taekwondo for Adults is for everyone. Some come in shape, while others Have come to us very overweight. Most come with limited flexibility. Adults start at any age, as we have had some students start as late as age 65 and have sll earned their black belts. All adults are looked upon as individuals with individual needs. Instructors are there every step of the way so long as there is a willingness in the student to try. The adult program is based upon three core principals: Fitness, Self-Defense, and Self-Confidence. Taekwondo: Ages 13+ The Leadership program offers students an opportunity to aspire to an even greater level of achievement. The mission of Leadership NOW is to create leaders to meet the Needs of Our World, adept in the core life skills necessary for success. Leadership students are required to step up their physical and mental training, students are rewarded with unique opportunies and advanced curriculum designed to bring out their best. Leadership Training Program The Karate for Kids program is for ages 712 and is based on tradional Taekwondo. The system is focused on a lifeme learning concept in addion to technical skills ulizing monthly themes such as Goals, Courtesy, Perseverance, and more. Karate Kids have the opportunity to earn Victory Starsfor accomplishments and are encouraged to test for rank on a bi-monthly basis as well as compete in tournaments annually while on their journey to Black Belt and Beyond. Taekwondo: Ages 7-12 The ATA Legacy Instructor Training program is the pipeline through which future ATA instructors flow and which school owners leave their legacy. There are four steps to one's becoming a cerfied instructor, and each step has its requirements. Anyone may join the Legacy Instructor Training program, but a student must be at least 18 years old to become a fully- cerfied instructor. Instructor Training Program ATA X-treme is a combinaon of techniques, methods of movements and philosophies from all maral arts styles. It incorporates elements from all maral arts styles, athlec disciplines, and the performing arts. This includes gymnascs, acrobacs, dance, break dancing, hip-hop, and performance arts: acng, theatre, live performance and street performance.
