11. QUALFICATION SYSTEM i. AnyNOCwhoqualifiesaminimumoftwo(2)maleandtwo(2)femaleplayersviatheOlympicrankingsystem

will be deemed to have qualified its total quota of places and shall not be permitted to enter thecontinentalqualificationeventshowever,ifanationhasnotqualifiedaminimumoftwo(2)placesinmaleand two (2)places in female via theOlympicRankingposition they shall beallowed to compete for theadditionalplacesviathecontinentalqualificationevents.

ii. The first two (2) ranked athletes in the weight categories will qualify their NOCs a place each for Olympicgames.Totalsixteen(16)athleteswillqualifytheirNOCsaplaceeachforOlympicgamesthroughAfricanQualificationTournament.

iii. The two (2) finalistswill qualify theirNOCs regardlessof the resultof the finalmatch. The3rdplacewill bedeterminedbytheresultoffinalmatches.

iv. If an NOC qualified through the African Qualification Tournament relinquishes a quota place or has notconfirmedtheuseofthequalifiedplace(s)withintwo(2)weeksfromthemomentreceivingtheallocationletterfromtheWTF,itwillbereallocatedtotheNOCofthenexthighestrankedathleteinthesameweightdivisionattheAfricanContinentalQualificationTournament,aslongastheNOCdoesnotexceedthequotaoftwo(2)menandtwo(2)women.

v. In the event that any of the qualified contestants was found to have committed a doping offence thatconstitutesaviolationofanyoftheprovisionsoftheAnti-DopingCodeoftheWorldAnti-DopingAgencyand/orotherappropriateanti-dopingcodes(“Anti-DopingCodes”),nexthighestrankedathleteinthesameweightdivisionattheAfricanContinentalQualificationTournamentwillqualifyhis/herNOCaplace.

vi. TheNOCofanathletewhohascommittedananti-dopingrulesviolationwilllosethequotaplaceobtainedbythe athlete. Themaximumnumber of quota places for that the corresponding number of athleteswhocommittedanoffenceshallreduceNOC.

12. WTF GLOBAL LICENCE & ONLINE REGISTRATION

i. WTFGlobalLicenseRegistrationAll Athletes and Team officials must FIRST be registered with aWTF Global Athlete License (GAL) orGlobal OfficialLicense(GOL).

ii. WTFOnlineRegistration

NationalTeamEntrywillonlybeacceptedthroughtheWTFonlineregistrationsystemandregistrationis only possible with a validWTF Global License. National Team GMS admins have to register theirteams.

� TheOCshallcollecttheentryfeesfromtheparticipatingnationalteams.Thenationalteamshallpayan

entry fee to theOrganizing Committee by cash in US$ only at the Registration Center accreditationcenter(s)inAgadir,MoroccopriortothestartoftheChampionships.Athletesshallnotbe allowedtocompetewithoutsuccessfulpaymentofentryfeetotheOrganizingCommittee.

• REGULARENTRYFEES:Thenationalteamscompletingtheirregistrationduringthisperiodwillbechargedthe

regularregistrationfee.• US$100perathlete.• Regularentryfeeperiodwillbeginon15thDecember2015,17:00LocalSwissTime.• Regularentryfeeperiodwillendon10thJanuary2016,17:00LocalSwissTime.• AftertheDeadlineends(10thofJanuary2016)entryfeeswillbecountedasUS$200perathlete

Equipment.ThelatestversionofWTF-recognizedmanufacturers’listisavailableatthewebsiteofWTF(http://www.worldtaekwondofederation.net/recognized).

iii. TheOrganizingCommitteewillprovideProtectorandScoringSystem(PSS)totheparticipatingcontestants.Participatingcontestantsarerequiredtobringtheirowngroinguards,mouthpieces,gloves, sensingsocksandshinandforearmguardsfortheirpersonaluse.

iv. Beforeenteringthefieldofplay,allcontestantswillproceedtotheinspectiondeskforinspectionoftheirdoboksandprotectiveequipment.Anycontestantwhowearsunofficialdoboksorprotectiveequipmentwillnotbepermittedtocompete.OrganizingCommitteeshallpreparewhitemaskingtapes tocoverupanykindofidentificationofthemanufacturersnotrecognizedbytheWTF.

20. IDENTIFIATIONOFNOCCODEANDMANUFACTURER

vii. Nationalflagshallbelocatedbetween3cmand3.4cmbelowtherightshoulderlineofuppergarment.viii. NOCCodeisathree-letterNationalOlympicCommitteeabbreviation,anditshallbeprintedattheback

inblackandcentredat5cmorhigherfromthebottomlineoftheuppergarmentwithinthesizeof30cm widthx12cmheight.Thefontofthelettersshallbeinbold“Verdana”.

ix. Manufacturer’sidentification(name,designationtrademark,logooranydistinctivesignofthemanufacturer)shallbelocatedonepergarmentwithin20㎠ exceptatthelocationoftheWTFlogo.

21. MEDICALCONTROL

i. TheWTFAnti-DopingRules,andwherenecessarytheCodeoftheWorldAnti-DopingAgency,shallapplythroughoutthecompetitions.

ii. Compulsoryanti-dopingtestswillbecarriedoutonrandomselectionbasis.TheWTFand/orWADAmaycarryoutrandomout-of-competitiontestingpriortothechampionships.Therefore,allparticipatingcontestantsarerequiredtosubmittheirlatestandmostaccurateAthleteLocation(WhereaboutsInfo)FormstotheWTF.

iii. TUE(TherapeuticUseExemption)Athleteswhotakeanysubstanceormedicinelistedinthe“ProhibitedList”oftheWTFAnti-DopingRulesandAnti-DopingCodeofWorldAnti-DopingAgency(WADA)fortherapeuticpurposesarerequestedtovisitthewebsiteofWADAandmakeonlinefilingoftheirTUEapplicationsonADAMShttp://www.wada-ama.org/en/ADAMS/andreporttotheWTFSportsDepartmentatmarcoienna@wtf.orgbynolaterthanJanuary10,2016.Formoredetails,pleaseseethefollowingpageoftheWTFwebsite:

couldbedesignatedtodrawlotsonbehalfoftheofficialsoftheparticipatingnationswhoarenotpresent atthetimeofthelotdrawingsession.

23. WEIGH-IN

i. Weigh-inofthecontestantsshalltakeplaceonthedaybeforetheirrespectiveweightcategory.ii. Duringtheweigh-in,malecontestantsshallwearunderpantsandfemalecontestantsshallwear

underpantsandbrassieres.However,contestantsmayweigh-ininthenudeiftheywishtodoso.

24. INDEMNITIESi. Therespectivenationaltaekwondoassociationsshallberesponsibleforensuringthatallofficialsand

participantsarecoveredwitheffectivetravel&medicalinsurancecoverage.ii. Participantswithoutproperinsurancecoveragewillnotbeallowedtocompeteatthechampionships.iii. TheOrganizingCommitteewillacquiregeneralPublicLiabilityeventinsurance.

25. ACCOMMODATION

TheparticipatingteamsarerequiredtosubmitthehotelreservationtoOrganizingCommitteebynolaterthanJanuary11th,2016.

GroundtransportationGroundtransportationwillbeprovidedfornationalteamsonarrivalanddeparturefreeofcharge,onlyforteamswhobookviatheofficialeventagentandprovidedthattheOrganizingCommitteehasbeeninformedofthedate,time,andflightnumberofthenationalteam’sarrivalanddepartureatthelatestbythedesignateddeadline.

26. VISAINFORMATION

TheOrganizingCommitteecanproviderecommendationlettersforvisaapplications.However,MNA’sarerequiredtocheckMoroccoentryvisaapplicationwaitingtimesintheirown countriesandsubmitrequestsforrecommendationletterstotheorganizingcommittee.TheOrganisingCommitteecannotguaranteeentryintoMoroccoandcanonlyofferassistance.Itistheresponsibility ofeachathleteandMNAtoapplyforandsecurethecorrectentryvisaforMorocco.

27. LATEATHLETEREPLACEMENT

Athletescannotbereplacedafterconfirmationofthemembernationalassociation.IntheeventthataconfirmedathletecannotcompeteduetoinjuryoccurredbetweenJanuary10thandJanuary31st,2016,thepertinentMNAshallSubmitthelatereplacementformtogetherwithmedicalcertificatewrittenbymedicaldoctorinEnglishtotheWTFatsport@wtf.org&[email protected],2016.TherequestmaybeacceptedbytheWTF/AFTUuponreviewofthe requestprovided.

28. COACH’sATTIRE

AllCoachesarerequiredtowearformalsuitsuchastie,jacket,dressshirt(longorshort),andtrouserduringSemi-FinalsandFinals.

29. TEAMDOCTOR’sMEETING
