Your competent partner for calibration systemsEfficiency in maintenance and calibration can increase when these activities are realized in an ideal working environment. Any laboratory or workshop will benefit from these bench solutions, from the harsh environment of the offshore oil & gas industry to desalination plants, from refineries to power generation plants.

Our bench concept is designed to take into account the flexibility and the expansion possibilities.

We offer complete systems from simple workbenches to complex applications featuring automatic calibrations (ISO 9000 compliant).

Calibration modules cover electronic signals, temperature, loop and pressure applications. Power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes and generator modules can also be fitted into the bench consoles.

A wide range of modules can be fitted to the console creating a highly flexible system that is both functional and easy to use.

The robust design and the high quality of the installed components guarantee areliable and long-lasting performance of the calibration benches.

Functions are clearly defined on each module and a competent technician will be able to operate the system without training or constant reference to manuals.

Modular modules

Pneumatic utilities

DC supply electrical utilities

Main power supply and AC power sockets The AC power sockets module has been designed to accommodate the single-phase power supply mains switch of the bench complete with a differential earth leakage relay and to distribute a single-phase AC power supply to theinstruments.

The pneumatic module model is designed to generate pressure/vacuum signals for calibration and testing instruments.

It combines a manual pressure and vacuum generator, regulated air pressure outputs from external source with 3 preset pressure steps and an electric vacuum pump.

One of the modules is also equipped with two plug-in connections for each pressure output complete with built-in shut-off valves.

The variable DC power supply module is a configurable module according to with customer specification and application. Various solutions can be offered, from 1 to 2, 3 or more output channels, with flexible output voltage/current ratings combination.
