Second, it lasts longer, setting off an alarm in your body that's not as loud initially, but that can be felt for days, weeks, or even
longer.
Some of the symptoms of chronic stress can include:
Upset stomach
Headache
Eating too much or too little
Feeling frustrated
Inability to fall asleep
