It’s another big week on MasterChef Australia as uber chef Heston Blumenthal joins the judges. Contestants have two hours to recreate Heston’s royal jubilee trifle. The best team will battle it out for immunity tomorrow.


Today’s challenge is simple, contestants get 90 minutes to cook either an entrée, main or dessert while Heston has to cook all three courses in the same time, and as always there's a twist in the challenge.


Each team has two and a half hours to cook a delicious Heston-esque medieval feast for ten noble knights and fair ladies as well as the four judges.


The four contestants from the losing team face off in today’s elimination challenge. The contestants are presented with one of Heston’s Fat Duck dishes, bacon and egg ice cream. The worst dish as deemed by the judges, will be sent packing.
