4) Lining

a) Standard

1) MYL has a complete selection of Lining Fabric available (see Lining Fabric Program Section).

2) Regular Lining is recommended for most Swag Styles.

3) Self and Contrast lining is recommended for Jabots, Informal Swags and Bell Swags.

(a) Lining will show to the face.

4) The cost of the Lining is not included in the price of the product.

5) MYL charges the same yardage as the product requires without repeat.

6) MYL requests that you do not send your own Lining unless it is contrast.

b) Variations

1) If you provide your own Lining you must not send full bolts. MYL will only accept Customers Own Lining if lining

1) If you provide your own Interlining you must not send full bolts. MYL will only accept Customers Own Interlining if

Jabot face width at workroom discretion unless otherwise specified.

Jabot short point will equal Swag length – up to 55” Finished Length. Over 55” Finished Length short point will be 1/3 of

the Jabot finished length unless otherwise specified.

This product should be self or contrast lined. Lining is pillow cased and will show at taper. If self or contrast band is

desired add trim charge (L252/L282) per unit plus cost of lining – use same yardage as product.

If Jabots are self or contrast lined where shows – See Additional Charges.

If Unlined Swags, Jabots and Tails will be up-charged as a fabric band.

Interlining must be specified. The cost of MYL interlining fabric and labor is charged per Jabot for regular or flannel

interlining fabric (specify choice) – See Additional Charges for labor – If you send your own interlining fabric with the

order there will be a 20% up charge for labor.

Specify if Jabot is to be mounted on top of or under Swag. If not specified, Jabots are mounted on top.

Side panels can be used in place of Jabots - use proper code. (Add 1 ½ yards per pair)

Specifications – Must Specify Return Size – Pole Jabots will have fabric returns.

Pole mounting included in price – send pole to workroom with order or order pole through MYL Hardware program (See

MYL Hardware section) – If unmounted advise pole diameter - Velcro top for mounting.

Must use proper code for style and finished length – if no code given Jabot style will match Swag style.

One width of fabric can be no wider than 12 inches on the face.

Jabot short point will equal Swag length – up to 55”. Over 55” Finished Length short point will be 1/3 of Jabot finished

length unless otherwise specified.

This product should be self or contrast lined. Lining is pillow cased and will show at taper. If self or contrast band is desired

add trim charge (L252/L282) per unit plus cost of lining – use same yardage as product.

If jabots are self or contrast lined where shows – See Additional Charges.

If Unlined Swags, Jabots and Tails will be up-charged as a fabric band.

Jabots are mounted off back of pole unless otherwise specified

Side Panels can be used in place of Jabots – Use proper code and add 1 ½ yards per pair.

Interlining must be specified. The cost of MYL interlining fabric and labor is charged per Jabot for regular or flannel

interlining fabric (specify choice) – See Additional Charges for labor. If you send your own interlining fabric with the
